The supine hip internal rotation increases mobility in the hip. This exercise also serves as a warm-up.

    Lie on your back with feet planted wider than shoulder-width apart and knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Stretch arms away from your sides for stability.
  2. Supine Hip Internal Rotation
    Push your knees in laterally without moving your feet until you feel your hips activate. Return to the starting position.
