Neutral-Grip Chinup

Instructions

  1. Chinup square
    Grasp chinup bar with palms facing each other, arms extended. Pull torso up toward bar, drawing shoulders and arms down and back and exhaling as you come up. Hold one count, then slowly lower back to start. Repeat for given sets/reps.

Trainer’s Tips

  • To make it easier, use an assisted pullup machine or loop a resistance band through top of bar and under one knee
