One-arm Supinated Pulldown

    Attach a single-grip D handle to a cable station, and hold it in one hand with your palm facing down.

    Keeping one arm straight (with a slight bend at the elbow), pull the hand down until it reaches your thigh. Complete all your reps and switch to the other side.
