WHERE: The Rush Fitness Complex, West location, Knoxville, Tennessee
WHEN: April 10th, 10 AM – 2 PM
10 AM: “Lift For Life”

Competitors will see who can lift their own weight for the most repetitions. IFBB pro and “World’s Strongest Bodybuilder” Johnnie Jackson, IFBB pro and Canadian champion Fouad Abiad, IFBB pro and NPC USA and Nationals light-heavy champion Peter Putnam will all be present to lend a hand to competitors.

But there will be more than muscles. Competitors will receive added encouragement from three of hottest names in fitness and figure industry: IFBB Figure Olympia and Figure International winner, Nicole Wilkins-Lee, IFBB pro and Jacksonville Pro Winner, Jessica Putnam, and IFBB figure pro, Kathleen Tesori.

Following the competition, the athletes will be giving a free seminar covering all aspects of training, exercise and nutrition.

Peter Putnam is the promoter of the event, and could not shield his excitement for how it has grown.

“This will be the third consecutive year we’ve put on the seminar, and last year was our first year to combine the charity event,” Putnam said. “We raised $1,700 last year, and I believe this event has the potential to raise a couple of thousand more each year.”

And if you feel good about supporting a good cause, you should feel great about seeing beautiful women compete in the first annual KNOX FIT CHIC contest, which will be held in conjunction at 1pm. Girls will be judged to qualities similar to bikini. The winner receives $500 and prizes. Top three receive cash prizes.
