What you need:

– brush or comb
– 6-10 bobby pins
– hairspray

Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Part your hair down the right side almost to the crown of your head.
  3. Take a section of hair at the crown, twist it and pin it against your head.
  4. Create a part beneath the pinned section, dividing the hair into two sections.
  5. Start French braiding from your part on the left side, staying close to the edge your hairline, adding new hair until the entire side is incorporated.
  6. Continue braiding to the end and secure it with bobby pins or an elastic
  7. Repeat on the other side of your head and secure with bobby pins.
  8. Pull on the edges of both braids to make them fuller and hide any part lines.
  9. Cross the two braids at the back of the head and bring them up each side.
  10. Lay them one over the other at the top of the head, securing with bobby pins.
  11. Use hairspray to keep the look in place all day.

Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Part your hair down the middle to divide it into two sections.
  3. Tie one section up so it doesn’t get in the way.
  4. Start Dutch braiding the first half of your hair, beginning at the front near your part. (Dutch braids are the reverse of French braids.)
  5. Continue to pull new hair into the top and bottom sections of the braid until all of your hair is secure on one side.
  6. Finish off the first braid and secure with a hair tie.
  7. Repeat on the other side.

Step-by-step:

  1. Part your hair on one side.
  2. Divide a small section of hair near your part into two sections.
  3. Twist the sections up and add new pieces of hair to the top and bottom sections as you continue.
  4. Continue along the side of your head until you reach the back, and secure the twist with a clip.
  5. Repeat on the other side
  6. Tie both twists into a ponytail.

What you need:

-Clear elastics

Step-by-step:

  1. Take a section of hair straight back from to top of the head as if you were putting your hair in a half-updo.
  2. Secure it with a clear elastic.
  3. Create a space right above the ponytail holder and then push the ponytail up and through the space you made This will create a twist on each side.
  4. Repeat twice more by pulling together two more side sections to create another ponytail below the first one, secure with elastic, create small hole, and twist ponytail up and over itself.
  5. Add one more tier while tucking the ponytails under the twists.
  6. Secure all of the hair into a low ponytail.
