Strength coach Joe DeFranco began working with Triple H six years ago, after The Game tore one of his biceps filming a movie. In preparation for WrestleMania 32DeFranco created a four-day-a-week routine to get the “super-dedicated” champion ready for “the grandest stage of them all."
