Former Chicago Bear Anthony Adams got a lesson in power from strongwoman Kim Baum when they recently worked out together. Baum, who is the strongest female middleweight in America, showed the former defensive tackle a few moves and a little bit of technique to get him through the session, but it was clear that the big man was in awe of the strongwoman’s power.

Baum and Adams squared off in four events, the arm wrestle, clean and jerk dumbbell, a car pull and the log lift. Let’s just say that Baum, who is a PE teacher at Oswego East High School, a southwest suburb of Chicago, makes a big impression on Adams, who started his NFL career at the 49ers and ended it at the Bears.
