Professional kickboxer Wayne Barrett took time out of his preparations for Glory 18 in Oklahoma City this Saturday night, where he will fight Jason Wilnis, to visit school kids at PS 145 in Manhattan as part of the After-School All Stars program.

Barrett is coming off his first professional loss to Joe Schilling in his last outing, but the school visit was not to talk of avenging that defeat. Rather, it was the to show the children how inspired he is by practicing martial arts, and how they should try and find what inspires them, whether it be marital arts or any activity that can have a positive impact in their lives.

Check out this full preview of what to expect on the GLory 18 card, and be sure to tune in to Spike TV this Friday at 9 p.m. EST to catch all the action live.
