Inchworm to Side Plank

The inchworm to side plank is a total body move that targets and engages your core while increasing stability and balance throughout your hip and shoulder complex.

Stand tall with your hands down by your sides. Push your hips back and reach your hands down towards the floor.
  2. Inchworm to Side Plank
Walk forward on your hands until you're in the top of a pushup position.
  3. 740_C
Tighten your abs and rotate one side of your torso with your arm reaching straight up toward the sky. Return to the pushup position to repeat on the other side.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Brace your core throughout entire movement.
  • Keep your torso square to the ground during the inchworm.
