Burpee With Pushup


  1. Burpee step1
    Start in a standing position.
  2. Burpee step2
    From a standing position, squat down and touch the floor between your feet.
  3. Burpee step3
    Jump your feet behind you and land in pushup position. Perform a pushup.
  4. Burpee step4
    Reverse the motion to come back up to standing and jump.
