The ski mogul is a dynamic plyometric exercise that develops strength, power, and stability throughout the lower-body region. The exercise also improves cardiovascular endurance.

Instructions

    Stand tall with your feet together. Squat down and swing your arms back.
  2. Ski Moguls
    Jump laterally to one side while swinging your arms forward. Land with your feet together. Squat down and swing your arms backward in preparation for the next rep. This time, jump laterally to the other side.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Be sure to keep chin parallel to the floor throughout duration of exercise.
  • Do not allow your knees to collapse inward as you land.
  • Don't put too much weight on your toes when you squat or when you land.
