Sean Hyson, Group Training Director for Muscle & Fitness, recently appeared on the Poundstone Power radio show to talk about several articles that appear in the new issue of Muscle & Fitness.
During the show, which airs weekly on SIRIUS/XM, the guys talked about the “Big-Time Bench” feature on page 92 of the magazine that gives readers a 12-week program to follow that will yield incredible results.
