Johnnie Jackson didn’t do as well as he had hoped to start the 2008 season, but it didn’t hurt Jackson’s value at the newsstands. The 5-foot-8, 240-pound Jackson graces the cover of the April 2008 FLEX. It is the second FLEX cover of Jackson’s career, as the Texas native also appeared on the February 2006 issue.

The subject matter for Jackson’s 12-page spread couldn’t be more up his alley – how to increase your bench press by 20 and your squat by 50. A former powerlifter who is widely believed to be the strongest pound-for-pound bodybuilder on the planet, there may not be a better competitor in the IFBB to hand out this advice.

So if you’re looking to pile more weight on the bar than you ever have, check out the April issue of FLEX, on newsstands now.
