The 2nd Annual IFBB/NPC Ft. Lauderdale Cup will be held on November 20, 2010 in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The Fit Girls Productions Team of IFBB Pro Shannon Dey and IFBB Pro Kristen Nagrani are bringing an all-female IFBB/NPC event to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida for the second consecutive year!
They describe this contest as, “for the Girls, By the Girls” and it’s a truly unique event. IFBB Pro Figure, Fitness, and Bikini competitions are the main event. Each division will each feature some of the top competitors in the sport and the lineups are stacked. Along with the pros, tons of eager NPC ladies will share the stage.
The events don’t stop there and the show features a red carpet entrance, runway fashion show, and a pre-show seminar with IFBB Head Judge Sandy Williamson.
