NPC bodybuilding, figure and fitness in Hayward, California this weekend

Approximately 200 competitors are expected to turnout for this weekend’s 2010 NPC Contra Costa Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Championships in Hayward, California.

Along with a full plate of amateurs looking to come on top of this national qualifying contest, their will be four big-time IFBB Pro League athletes dropping in to guest pose: Daryl Gee, Ad Cherry, Grigori Atoyan, Kris Dim and Ray Arde. The festivities will be hosted by trainer and nutritionist to the stars, Hany Rambod.
