  • Incline Barbell Presses | SETS: 4 | REPS: 12-6*
  • Flat Dumbbell Presses | SETS: 4 | REPS: 8-12*
  • Incline Flyes | SETS: 3 | REPS: 8-10*
  • Cable Crossovers | SETS: 3 | REPS: 8-12*

NOTE: This was a typical Cormier routine in the ’90s.

* Often includes two or three forced reps.
