McDonald’s vs. Burger King, East Coast vs. West, Pepsi vs. Coke; everyone loves a good rivalry. Ever since Mayweather’s claim that he hadn’t heard of UFC Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, the entertaining barbs have just kept coming. Most recently, Rousey has taken her gloves off and gone after something near and dear to Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s heart — his money.

“[Floyd] said ‘You make $300 million a night, then you can give me a call’ … and I actually did the math and given the numbers of my last fight, I’m actually the highest paid UFC fighter and I’m a woman,” Rowdy told TMZ this week. “I’m just more efficient … I think I actually make 2-3 times more than he does per second … so when he learns to read and write, he can text me.”

In case you missed it, Rousey has made mincemeat of contenders in her last two bouts. She blasted Cat Zingano and Bethe Correia in fewer than 50 seconds and is favored to keep the winning trend going in her upcoming bout with Holly Holm. Here’s hoping Floyd’s next jab (or math skills) can add to the saga.
