Goal: Mass Building


  • 2 lbs bison burger
  • 6 whole-wheat buns
  • 3 large red-skin potatoes
  • 3 egg whites


  1. Divide bison burger into six 1/3-pound burger patties. Add preferred seasoning to flavor. Grill 7 to 10 minutes on each side until juices run clear. Add condiments as desired and place on whole-wheat buns.
  2. For fries, cut three large red-skin potatoes into steak-fry-size pieces. Dip potato pieces into egg whites and then place on pre-sprayed baking sheet. Add seasoning salt to taste. Place into preheated oven at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, turning fries at the halfway point.
