Strongman Robert Oberst Showcases His 20,000 Calorie Diet

Robert Oberst

Strongman Robert Oberst has one hell of an appetite. He'd want to, given the amount of calories he needs to keep him mammoth 6'8" 400-pound body ticking. The Californian gave Vice's food channel Munchies the grand tour of a typical trek to the supermarket and it is a sight to behold.

We also get to see Oberst, who holds the U.S. record for the log press overhead at 455 pounds, in the gym flipping over a 1,200-pound tire christened Bubbles. Check it out:

Here is Oberst's setting the American record for the log press overhead.
