Banded Trunk Rotation


  1. Banded-Trunk-Rotation-Hers
    Anchor the band at chest height, grab it in both hands, and step away from the anchor sideways. Extend your arms out in front of you.
  2. Banded-Trunk-Rotation-Hers
    Twist your torso until your arms are straight out to your side (away from the anchor). Reverse the motion. Repeat for 10 reps, then switch sides.
