Full Plank Passe Twist

The full plank passe twist is a dynamic core strengthening exercise that targets the core with an emphasis on the obliques. The exercise also improves stability and balance throughout the hips and lower back.

    Start in pushup position with your hands shoulder-width apart and beneath your shoulders. Keep your feet hip-width apart so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
  2. Full Plank Passe Twist
    Tighten your abs and bend one knee 90 degrees, sweeping it across your body. Make sure to bring your hip along with you, rotating slightly on the ball of the foot that's on the floor. Return to the starting position to repeat with your other leg.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Make sure the hips are square to the floor throughout the entire movement.
  • Keep your head, hips, and heels in one straight line.
  • Do not round your back as your bring your knee towards your chest.
