Plank with Feet on Swiss Ball

The plank with feet on Swiss ball is a core strengthening exercise that targets the entire abdominal region. Performing the exercise with the Swiss ball, an unstable surface, will improve lower back and hip stability.


  1. Plank with Feet on Swiss Ball
    Start in a low plank position with your forearms on the floor and your feet and shins on a Swiss ball. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Hold this position.
