    Brace your core and place your feet on the bench behind you, pulling your body up into a plank. Make sure your body is in a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold for desired amount of time.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Avoid allowing your lower back to collapse during the exercise. Keep your abs engaged the entire time to prevent injury.
