The Teaser

The Teaser is an effective way to activate your abdominal and core region, while stressing the importance of proper breathing.

    Lie on the floor with your arms extended above your head. Brace your abs and lift your straight legs to a 45-degree angle.
  2. The Teaser
    Raise your head and shoulders off the floor as you sit up. Keeping your legs straight in the air, reach for your knees. Carefully return to the starting position.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Avoid allowing your upper body to round too far forward. Keep your shoulders back and chest out during the movement.
  • Avoid letting your upper body drive you upward. Instead, rely on your core strength for this move.
