Wide-Grip EZ-Bar Biceps Curl

The wide-grip EZ-Bar biceps curl develops size and strength of the biceps and forearms. The wide grip specifically targets the inner part of the bicep muscles.

    Grab an EZ-Bar with an underhand grip. Make sure your hands are about eight to 10 inches apart.
  2. Wide-Grip EZ-Bar Biceps Curl
    Curl the bar until your biceps fully contract. Squeeze your biceps at the top, pause, and then slowly lower the bar to the starting position.

  • Keep your elbows stationary and tucked at your sides.
  • Perform the movement with a controlled pace, not allowing momentum to contribute.
