    Lie on your back with legs fully extended.
  2. Lying Glute Stretch
    Bend one leg and bring your knee towards your chest, pulling the foot towards your opposite hip. Hold this stretch for the recommended time, making sure to keep the extended leg as straight as possible.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Avoid pushing yourself to the point of pain. You should feel a bit of mild discomfort, but not excruciating pain.
