Sleeper Stretch


  1. 539_A
    Lie on the floor on one side with your head placed on a foam roller for support. Bend your bottom arm to 90 degrees so it is perpendicular with your torso.
  2. Sleeper Stretch
    Keeping your shoulder blades down and back, use your left hand to press your right hand toward the floor until you feel a stretch in the back of your shoulder. Hold, then return to start.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Do not allow the shoulder to roll forward. Lock it in place and then stretch.
