Arm Circles

Arm circles are a great dynamic warm-up exercise to help prepare the body for a workout. They also increase multi-planar stability in the core and shoulders.

    Stand tall and raise your arms to the sides so they are parallel to the floor.
  2. Arm Circles
    Point your fingers outward and make quick, small circles with your arms.
