M&F: What do you like best about working out?
MS: Making improvements, getting bigger, and stronger can only come from your own efforts. Others can guide you and advise you, but ultimately it is your determination and desire that will lead to your success or demise.
M&F: What or who got you started working out?
MS: I competed in everything with my closest friend growing up. It was at first a competition between friends who could be bigger and stronger.
M&F: Who influenced you to start working out seriously?
MS: Arnold Schwarzenegger was a great icon that seemed to flourish though his confidence. He and I stand similar in height, now he has motivated me to push for a similar physique.
M&F: What’s your favorite meal when you are getting lean?
MS: A sweet potato, and sirloin steak.
M&F: What’s your favorite cheat meal?
MS: Cookie dough! It should be considered a meal after the 2nd box.
M&F: What are your goals in the fitness industry? If you win the M&F Model Search, what would that mean and what would you do with the title?
MS: My goal is to be known by my image and my personality. I want to stand as an Icon in the fitness industry, to motivate and encourage others to change unhealthy habits and reach for success. This would be more than amazing, almost surreal. Winning the M&F Model search would change my life. This may just be the opportunity that I’ve been looking for.
