What do you like best about working out?
Bryan King: I workout for the results. I enjoy being my healthiest at 39 and setting an example for my two daughters.
What or who got you started working out?
I played college baseball and when I stopped, I immediately gravitated to weight training because of my competitive nature.
Who influenced you to start working out seriously?
At that time, the guys that influenced me were Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler, and of course Dorian Yates.
What's your favorite meal when you are getting lean?
It has to be cod and broccoli.
What's your favorite cheat meal?
A big fat burger, of course!
What are your goals in the fitness industry? If you win the M&F Model Search, what would that mean and what would you do with the title?
My goals would be to be an example of health and fitness. Being a gym owner allows me to do this in our community, but winning the M&F Model Search would allow me to reach a much larger group of people.
