FLEX: What is your favorite body part to train and why?
Jade: My favorite body part to train is arms. Growing up I always had really skinny arms and I am enjoying gaining definition in them every time I train.
FLEX: Why did you start to workout and get fit?
Jade: Having danced all my life, I was looking for a new challenge. I started researching fitness modeling and before I knew it I was hooked! I was physically fit from being a professional dancer, but with clean eating and training I finally have the body I always wanted!
FLEX: Favorite meal when you are getting lean?
Jade: It sounds kind of bland, but I would go with the basic meal of brown rice and chicken.
FLEX: Favorite cheat meal?
Jade: Anything Mexican, I have always loved a good burrito.
FLEX: If you win the FLEX Bikini Model Search, what would that mean and what would you do with the title?
Jade: If I won it would give me the opportunity to bring my fitness career to another level! I would have the great opportunity to represent Flex Magazine as well as Atlantic Canadian Athletes. I would be extremely honored if I won and would be able to prove that what you believe, you can achieve.
