About Mark Dugdale
With clean lines, he has always avoided that thick look. Dugdale made the decision a few years ago to stop playing the size game by chasing the huge physiques and rather concentrate on further defining his physique to compete at the top of the 212 Class. This was a wise decision, as Dugdale has not lost that original aesthetic that turned him Pro.
The 212 Bodybuilding Class has proven to be very competitive and even more so for the up coming 2013 New York Pro at which Dugdale will be going head to head with superstars like Kevin English, Seth Feroce, Marco Rivera, Sammi Al Haddad, Al Ausguste and Darron Glenn.
Mark Dugdale hails from Kirkland, WA and is married to a beautiful wife with 3 lovely daughters. Co-owner of a fresh produce company called Garden Fresh Foods, Inc., Dugdale is the epitome of a professional working man and bodybuilder, setting an example of stability and grace that all up and coming bodybuilders should emulate.
