Growing up I never knew much about health and fitness. I used to eat candy bars for breakfast!

It wasn’t until 2008, when I hit an all time high of 175+ lbs, that I decided to make a change. I turned my food addiction into a diet and training addiction.

It was not an easy adjustment; however, I love competition and this was my biggest challenge yet.

I had dropped over 60 lbs and decided fitness competitions was my next goal. Now, after almost 3 years of competing, I have won the 2009 Model AMERICA title, 2010 cal-state bikini, and numerous top 5 NPC National finishes.

I am planning on turning ifbb pro this year and am so excited about being a BPI girl! I considered myself extremely blessed to be living my dream promoting health and fitness.

I never take life too seriously and I always love a good laugh. I strive everyday to be a better person and I constantly encourage others to do the same.

Life is too short to live with regrets!

I am a New Orleans native, currently working as the owner and operator of a small business I started called Clean Creations. In addition to running a business I stay busy as a personal trainer and an IFBB bikini competitor.

This past year I competed at Joe Weider's Olympia in Las Vegas, and I am determined to earn high rankings in my upcoming shows. Being a competitor is a full time job in and of itself, but I make time for family and friends, and enjoying the great city I live in. I graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and I still make time for painting and drawing.

I am truly passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. With big plans for the future, I know that dedication and my passion for fitness (along with the help of some killer bpi products) will take me to the top!

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, I am Filipino and British. I grew up in Tampa Bay, FL and would best be described as a workaholic. With an ever-growing passion for the arts and entertainment, I graduated from FSU with a degree in Marketing and Economics.

Out of college, I began working as a fitness model and then a spokesmodel in the automotive industry. From there, I signed with an agent (later moving to Elite Models) and made it a full time profession. I've spent the better part of the past six years working in my field as a print and spokesmodel.

I consider myself a chameleon, "I do it all", from glamour, to fashion, to commercials, print, music videos, and TV. Photo shoots intrigue me and I find them to be a true artistic inspiration. I am also an NPC National Bikini & Fitness Competitor and am gearing up for this year's season. Preparing for the stage, I love to challenge myself both mentally and physically. I never imagined that my passion and love of health and fitness would land me where I am today, and having the ability to share helpful and healthy insight with others is always a blessing.

Although most people know me from music videos, magazine covers and catalogs, I'm very happy to have expanded my career in entertainment as a host, as well as acting in TV shows and movies. Every day in my life is a new adventure. I thank my lucky stars for every day and feel truly lucky to be living out my dreams. I'm excited to join the Team at BPI this year, 2012 is going to be amazing!

I am a New Orleans native…I bleed black and gold. Health, fitness and competition have always been a huge part of my life. At a very early age I began competing in all sports.

I ran track and cross country at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where I studied business marketing.

With my passion for health and fitness, personal training was an obvious choice. I began working and training with my coach Jake Impastato and his powerlifting team Raw 504.

We train hard and heavy all year long..bars, bands and chains included. I currently hold the PRPA state record in the light weight dead lift. I compete in the NPC figure shows.

The first show I competed, I qualified for nationals and have been addicted ever since! I love the challenge..I love being a competitor! I have an amazing family and amazing teammates. Without their support, all of my accomplishments would not be possible!

I am so thankful to be in this industry and to be working with such a quality company like BPI sports. I am excited about the future and can't wait to see what's next.
