Read articleAugust 13, 2011 Its been a while since I filmed a video for my FLEX peeps so I thought I would capture a good shoulder workout for you all! I think the last time I was able to get a good enough workout in to film was before my PRP treatment. That was about two months ago, I am proud to say that in the video you’ll see things are healed and I am back to balls to the wall training. Training lately has been more instinctive than in the past, instead of charting a workout before I get to the gym with sets/reps I only setup the exercises and let my body do the rest. If I feel I need 3,4 or even 5 sets of something then I do it all out, if I feel like after two sets the muscle is burnt, I move on to something else. I guess you could say its a mix of Dorian Yates training and Jay Cutlers training and so far its been feeling great! Now check out the video below! – Fouad “Hoss” Abiad
