Cranberry Turkey Salad Servings: 2
You'll need
  • 10-12 turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions 
1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until they are well distributed.
2. Serve straight up, in a wrap, or on the bread of your choice.
