Burpee With Pushup

The burpee is a bodyweight exercise that targets many muscle groups as well as your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. It should be performed properly and with perfect form to avoid injury.


  1. Burpee step1
    Start by standing with feet at shoulder-width.
  2. Burpee step2
    While keeping your back straight, squat down until you can touch the floor.
  3. Burpee step3
    Put your weight onto your arms, and jump back into a pushup position. Keep your core tight, and do not allow your back to collapse.
  4. Burpee step4
    Jump your feet forward to your hands and stand back up, and, in one motion, jump with hands overhead and hips extended.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Be sure to incorporate a soft landing to your jumps.
