Don't have a spotter, and need some extra assistance getting the weight up during your incline bench press? No problem. Just bounce the barbell off your gut like this guy. Here's all you need. A barbell, bench, weights, and some extra padding around the midsection – the more the better. 

Definitely not the technique we recommend for optimal results, but give the man credit for using the resources at hand, or in this case, stomach. Of course lessening the load to perform a proper lift would be a preffered approach, but what fun is that.
