FLEX: What is your favorite body part to train and why?
Janaina: My butt, because when I go to the beach I don’t feel shy and worried to walk around in a small Brazilian bikini. I make sure everything is in the right place.
FLEX: Why did you start to workout and get fit?
Janaina: My parents have a gym in Brazil and they always pushed me to do sports since I was kid and workout as a teenager. I saw huge results when I started to workout, felling really confident and liking myself so I’m never going to stop. Working out is perfect for mind and health.
FLEX: Favorite meal when you are getting lean?
Janiana: Turkey with spinach

Janaina: Chocolate
FLEX: If you win the FLEX Bikini Model Search, what would that mean and what would you do with the title?
Janaina: I want to have success and give advice not just for people are involved in the fitness industry but get people who really need help to loose weight and need to be healthy. If I win its going to be a huge reward for everything I ever did. Study and practice for 12 years finally paid off. With the title I will have the opportunity to be a role model showing my work and what I did to get there.
