Abductor machine
3-4 sets 10 reps past sticking point, then 5 holds, 10 with small range of movement
Plie Squats
3-4 sets of 15 reps for each.
Leg Press with leg position high on the push plate of the press, pushing at the bottom of the press in a limited range of motion
3 sets 15-to failure reps
Walking DB Lunges
3-4 sets of 15 reps for each.
