Ben Walton was eating 5000-6000 calories a day. That’s pretty common in the world of competitive bodybuilding – only his goal wasn’t to gain mass, it was a way to escape. When he didn’t want to be overweight he became addicted to watching the numbers on the scale drop – so much so that he was down to a mere 300 calories a day. His drastic weight loss didn’t make him feel any healthier so he decided to up his caloric intake and start layering on muscle. Now he’s on a quest to become a professional bodybuilder.
