It targets your hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, and core and can be implemented in any setting. If you’re a beginner, omit the ball and place your leg on a stable surface, like a chair or a bench. You can place a barbell on your back or hold two dumbbells in your hands for an added challenge.”
