You'll need
  • 36 oz sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1½ tbsp pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 6 cups broccoli
1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat nonstick pan on medium heat, lightly coat the pan with spray, and add seasoned beef. Sauté beef until lightly brown, stirring occasionally.
3. Add garlic and broccoli, and sauté until broccoli is cooked to your liking.
