Sometimes all we want is a refreshing carbonated beverage -- Coca-Cola. Loaded with 39 grams of sugar, 45 milligrams of sodium, some phosphoric acid, caffeine, and other ingredients -- your body is now working hard to break everything down. A Gallup Poll has indicated that 48 percent of Americans drink soda every day -- that mean's putting all those ingredients into your system without knowing how it affects it. 

But now we do, thanks to Niraj Narik, a pharmacist who runs The Renegade Pharmacist. He's revealed what a can of Coke does to your body in 60 minutes. Narik says, "High fructose corn syrup is found in pretty much all processed foods such as ready meals, fast foods, sweets and frizzy drinks and most people are totally unaware of its danger.
