Short and tall guys lift differently.

For example, a longer-limbed guy will struggle more with a barbell bench press and back squats than someone half his size. These 10 exercises are most difficult for tall guys, especially. 

If you're one of those guys who occasionally needs to duck under door frames, this set of exercises will give you the ultimate total-body pump.

Directions

Exercises marked "A" and "B" are alternated—so you'll do one set of A, rest as needed, then one set of B, rest, and repeat as necessary until all sets for the pair are completed.
