The X-FIT CUP Challenge is a chance for you to test your mettle against CrossFit Games finalist Daniel “Boomsauce” Tyminski and see if you have what it takes to win the X-FIT CUP.
The X-FIT CUP Challenge is open to Men, ages 18 and older. It will last 6 months, with competition starting March 1, 2012 and running through August 31, 2012.
The X-FIT CUP Challenge will be based on competition of video submissions vs. the “Boomsauce X-FIT Cup Challenge Workout” posted for each month, as posted the first Saturday of each month on MuscleandFitness.com (beginning March 1). Entry submissions must be made by 11:59 p.m. of the last day of each month while the contest is underway, from March through August.
