The Mountain was not in a mood to be messed with over the weekend while working out. When he addressed this log lift, one could see that he was in full concentration mode, but after successfully hoisting the 396-pound weight over his head, he gave out a shout that might have shaken the glaciers in his native Iceland and screamed what we think is “fucking statement” before approaching the camera to proudly show off his massive guns.

When he posted the clip on his Instagram, Thor was much more sedate in tone when he said: “Log lift training is coming along nicely. Here’s a one motion pb with 180kg/396lbs.
