Terron Beckham, an accomplished fitness trainer, model, and Instagram personality, has rediscovered his love for football after not seeing a tackle since high school. In the past few months, the fitness icon spent a good deal of time training with the hopes of joining his cousin Odell Beckham Jr. in the NFL. Beckham was invited to a New York Jets minicamp to prove his meddle, but the organization ultimately passed on him. But Beckham isn’t giving up on his NFL dreams, and he certainly isn’t letting up on his training.

Take a quick scroll through Beckham’s Instagram account and you’ll see that he does a lot of, well, unconventional moves just to keep things fresh. That being said, we do not condone this one especially and we urge you to never try this on your own. Even Beckham doesn’t recommend it. Not only is Beckham doing box jumps with 315 pounds on his back, but he’s landing them on a padded adjustable bench. Suffice to say, a number of things could have gone very wrong.
