Kneeling Cable Crunch

The kneeling cable crunch increases strength and stability throughout the core. This exercise also improves strength throughout the hips and lower back.


  1. 757_A
    Kneel in front of an adjustable cable machine, keeping your legs about shoulder-width apart. Grab the rope with palms facing each other and pull it to the sides of your head.
  2. Kneeling Cable Crunch
    Tighten your abs and crunch forward, bringing your head towards the floor. Pause for one second, then return to the starting position.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Avoid jerking the weight. Instead, perform the movement slowly and under control.
