Preacher Curl with Cable

The preacher curl with cable is a strict isolation movement that builds strength and size in the biceps and forearms. The angle of the preacher curl places an emphasis on the lower portion of the biceps. Using a cable allows for better control while also ensuring consistent resistance on the muscles.

Instructions

    Place a preacher bench in front of a cable machine with an EZ-Bar on the lowest setting. Resting your arms on the padding, hold the bar with both hands, palms facing away from you.
  2. Preacher Curl with Cable
    Without moving your elbows, curl the bar toward your shoulders. Pause, then slowly return the bar to the starting position.
