You might remember Amanda Latona as the 2009 FLEX Bikini Model Search winner, or perhaps as one of the super sexy women from the 2010 FLEX Swimsuit Issue (on newsstands now!). But above all, Latona is an IFBB Pro League bikini competitor, and we sought her insight to give you the lowdow on what to expect this weekend at the 2010 New York Pro Bikini.

LATONA’S BIKINI BREAKDOWN: Hey guys and girls, it’s Amanda! First off, I want to say good luck to all the ladies this weekend. Now, on with the breakdown:
Missy Coles: Nathalia Melo winning two shows the Pittsburgh Pro and Europa Show of Champions and tells me the judges are looking for a tighter midsection and toned body with a bigger butt and I mean that in a good way. That’s why I think Missy Coles will be top three. If those qualities are the standard, she’s similar to that. SEE PICS OF MISSY
Kristal Marshall: She’ll be making her pro debut and I know she’s going to come in ready to go. Counting her out would be a huge mistake. SEE PICS OF KRISTAL
Dayna Maleton: From her pictures, I prefer her body type because she’s not overly muscular and has a really good look. Along with Kristal and Missy, I see her in the top three.
I also have to say I think Tianna Ta looks awesome, has a great stage presence and great posing, but I see a fourth-place finish. SEE PICS OF TIANNA
Sherlyn Roy looks absolutely beautiful, but is sill carrying over too much cap in her shoulders from figure. SEE PICS OF SHERLYN
Alea Suarez got sixth in Culver City and seventh at the Pittsburgh Pro so she can move up into the top five is she comes in a little bit tighter. SEE PICS OF ALEAMarzia Prince has to come in with a rounder and a tighter butt than Orlando’s Europa Show of Champions. If she does, she could make top five. SEE PICS OF MARZIA
I felt Shelsea Montes looked great at both the Europa Show of Champions and the Pittsburgh Pro and I’d like to see her get into the top five as well. SEE PICS OF SHELSEA
